So... 2012 is just around the corner. What are your training goals for 2012?
Me:
By the end of next year, I want to be 230+ with a bodyfat of 10% or lower.
Want to pull 6 plates for 10 reps.
Add another 2" to my thighs.
Hit 19" on my arms.
Stay as injury free as possible.

My goals at this point are getting my back to 100% (or as close as possible) while working around it as much as possible. Been struggling for about 6 months with it. The injury is between my shoulder blades (5, 6 and 7) so anything including arms were a no go.
I'm back to training lightly. Only going on the third week though. Just glad to be doing that. Handling the weights seem to aggravate it. Trying to stick to mostly machine weights for that reason. Hell, a 20lb dumbbell can hurt if I handle it the wrong way. Pulldowns have been good to me so far. Trying to stay away from rows which happen to be my favorite. The plus to all of this is getting back to the training basics. Nothing fancy and only the strictest of movements. Doing it like that doesn't aggravate the injury.
Not really sure how long it will take so setting a reasonable goal outside of taking care of my back is out of the question. I'm hoping in a few months I can be hitting it hard. Even after that my safety will play a big part in what routines I train with.
Erector strengthening will also play a big part of my training.
Just gettin old I guess. LOL

I bet you will hit those goals way before the end of next year bro, very impressed with the gains you have made on your training logs. (moving some serious weight imo)
keep up the good work.
My Goal is to regain what I lost with health issues and surgery here a-while back.
good thing is I've already gained about 14lbs back, I hope to be a lean 220ish @ 5'8" in 5 months or less.
