Hey VIPs, peeked in a few weeks ago then Thanksgiving happened so I'm just getting to 'Hello', sorry.
Began

w/ free weights very early and enjoyed great fitness up into my thirties but somewhere during the raising of children, moving 5x's, burying parents & working full time I stopped coasting on past efforts and swerved into the health alert-this-can't be-you ditch.There seemed to be too many demands to allow myself the luxury of consistent exercise time and my adrenals were exhausted. I've an empty nest now and it's time to renovate. I'd like to not just renew my previous gains but drive to a personal best despite my age.
Since I already attained a decent level of muscle development at one point, I'm banking on muscle memory helping out a little. I'm an avid reader/learner and have a good bit of nutritional & metabolic knowledge but I'm fuzzy 'bout peptides & such. I'm here to glean from your experiences, absorb your articles & hopefully soak up some ambition that will propel me over days when I'm energy deficient & tempted to start coasting again.
