What's up!? I'm not posting as much as I'd like at all, but I'm super busy. Anyway, hubby and I have recently started hgh frag, and I want to see if what I'm noticing is about right.

I started with 5mcg 2xper day. Felt nothing.

day #2 10 mcg fasted, morning & pre w/o

I had a bit of extra energy, and virtually no appetite. since the first 2 days, I've been doing 3 days on, 2 days off (because on my days on, I eat no carbs within 4 hours of pinning). results seem good. The scale says I've lost lbs, but the most important factor is the mirror. My belly seems to have lost the most fat. Is spot reduction possible? I've read lots of mixed reviews, and some say it actually is.

The only side that I think I've had is crazzzyyyy dreams. I say I think, because I have some weird ones already, but they seem more vivid, and way more "out there"

I get crazy dreams too whenever I use peptides or GH. It actually messes with my sleep, even though I am sleeping deeply...weird.

Hi Rockermom, thanks for posting. What strikes me right off the bat is that your dosage seems awfully low. Granted , most recommendations you read about are for guys, I am not sure you should be using the same amount as your husband but I am sure you generally adjust by bodyweight. Nevertheless, I am guessing we can't be too far apart in BW (I am not a mom but hope I look as good as you when I am) and I have had what I consider great sucess with Frag 176-191, over the past two years, but at about 100 times what you are taking. I started at 600 mcg/day and am now at a full gram. I therefore go through a bottle in five days. (or ten on eod.) I have had many conversations about Frag over the time I've been using it and some people have even recommended a 2.5 gram blitz dose once a month or so on a fast. I am confused with the dosages you are reporting (but not trying to make you wrong.....you certainly may know something I don't.) I am intrigued because to me your question is akin to " I have brought my protein up to 3 grams and my calories to 26 a day..........I think it is making a real difference in my energy as I was staying at 19 calories for several years there and this feels better." Again, I want you to reap the benefits of your investment and I am not making fun at all. It would great to find out I am wrong here, because I could be saving a friggin' fortune. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks a lot RM.
