Whenever I do unilateral exercises it seems that I tend to have better mind-muscle connection with one side versus the other. An example of this is 1-arm cable rows. I always have much better MMC with the left side and feel it hitting the target muscle much better. I always try to mimic the left side when doing the right but it's more hit and miss, whereas the left side is money every time.
Anyone else ever experience this?
