So I have been curious, does anyone on here home brew any beer or wine? I finally got one of those Mr. Beer kits as a present and already have plans to upgrade to a kit form a Home Brew shop here locally.
I kind of like beer I guess. At my age I am waaaaaaay past the chugging beer stages that some go through growing up. So I'm not really talking about making beer to get wasted, more about making a quality tasting beer.
Before I get flogged, (lol) casual drinking is kind of cultural thing for many. Italians and French many times have wine for dinner, Germans and Belgians are huge beer consumers...etc. I happen to be of German descent :-)
I am not endorsing alcohol consumption (disclaimer...lol.) Just curious if anyone has tried any home brewing...............
