I have been spot injecting QV deca 300MG into my shoulders, and I notice that the muscle in my shoulder will twitch or spasm for hours post injection... Should I be worried? am I doing someting wrong? It is not painful, infact it actually feels good.. but when I am with my lady friends, they look at me kinda wierd, as if I am doing it on purposs...

The pressure and swelling from injecting the oil into a muscle can irratate the nerve in that muscle. Usually the twitching or spasming goes away as the oil disipates into the muscle and the swelling goes down. You might try injecting smaller amounts and see if that helps.
