On October 22, President Bush signed into law the Anabolic Steroid Control Act of 2004, which bans effectively all prohormones, such as androstenedione. This law goes into effect 90 days from the President's signing. The bill reads that every prohormone that is in your possession, with the exception of DHEA, will be a criminal offense in the same class as possessing anabolic steroids. This is a very unfortunate situation, and the fact that this is not a ban, like with ephedra, but a criminalization that makes possession and sale of prohomones a much more serious offense.

I love that a the majority of the stuff being criminalized barely works thats like criminalizing recreational drugs that don't get you high...all this is just fallout from balco

I agree Bush is an a-hole for certain things, but I voted for him b/c Kerry is twice the a-hole Bush is. BTW did anyone really think pro-hormones worked? I'm not justifying the ban, just curious. I knew this would happen once they finally banned that dangerous drug ephedrine. I mean what almost .00025% as many people died from ephedra as compared to cigarettes, vioxx, and alcohol. :starwars
