MCT oil is great while dieting or bulking...When I sued it I was taking a tablespoon per meal and it really did help with holding muscle...The problem being is that it made my stomach cramp severly and gave me a terrible case of the shits...So I came off of it.

i probably shouldnt say this but i used to inject 3cc's of mct oil into each bicep once a week for temp. growth

Very good for dieting, will help lose body fat while keeping your muscle, for sure a good thing to take!
