hey bro, I have competed before are you trying to just clean it up or bulk or what? no matter what you are doing, your protein is a little to high and carbs to low, fat might be a little to low depending on your weight right now, if you are tryiing for mass see my diet in diet section. If not post what you are interested in doing, and I will help you bro, good luck!

Bro, if you are on alot of anabolics or if you just want to eat cleaner I would reccomend switching your protien and carbs, this should allow enough carbs to cut up nicely and enough protien to keep growing IMO SB>

what would be a good guide to go by in cal/pro/carb/fat a day?

Bro, I would reccomend eating as much protien a possible. Food, shake, food, shake and so on eating food or shake no later than every 2hrs, a golden rule is to make sure you consume at least 50g of protien every two hours and I will stand by that. Remember that if you drink a 100g protien shake even if its ION-exchange hydrolized whey isolate suspension like Isopure which is the easiest to ingest and fastest absorbed you still only get about 66% of the protien ingested so make sure you eat plenty of protien from food. I weigh 273 and eat 700g of protien a day, after PTOR(protien turn-over rate) I progally only get 550g a day, about 2g per lb of bdty wt, which I consider the min. As for carbs they are easy to come by and adjust, you get fat=too many. Check out www.anabolicbeast.com this guy is the genius of our time, believe me. SB>
