i gotta ask since it was written back in 04 if there is any new info relevant to it?
i would like more of an explanation if possible on the preworkout carbohydrates.woudnt taking in that simple carb blend cause slin levels to be jacked leading to hypoglycemia during workout?
ive been taking in 30g protein 20min preworkout but no carbs.im wondering what would be ideal.
