Come on you can get back on the wagon, just don't think about just but some of your favorite tunes on, & go to the gym, then just handle your biz.
Maybe you could try some POSITIVE affirmations since you are feeling depressed.
Think of some things you have or are that are good & positive.
After you have worked out you will better guaranteed.

shit.. i think it comes and goes... could be the natural training curve of your body. You body’s response to training doesn’t stop with muscle but extends to our emotional well being too. Resistance training impacts so many chemicals its not hard to believe it could have the same impact on ones psyche...
