I did a cardio kickboxing class with my girlfriend last night and holy shit I am sore. Man anybody looking for a great way to do cardio should check out one of these classes! It worked out pretty much every muscle in my body. I am sore in areas just lifting weights never make me. I'll be back on Friday night. I would go tonight, but damn I can barely get up

hahaha naww i know a girl that does it too. i still havent tried it yet but shes tried to get me to go but i declined i do martial arts already so i really have no need for cardio kickboxing but yeah its great cardio though huh B)cool

I am fitness director at a gym and I have to take all the group ex. classes. We have Cardio kickboxing (Great Workout!!) Spin all kinds of shit but yes I have had to take Yoga and Pilates.

cardio is cardio..might as well make it fun
i would flame if you came here and said your not going to lift weights anymore your just going to do yoga and kickboxing stuff

Bro I did the same thing a year ago, nothing better than getting some cardio in and having a class full of MILF's bending over again and again.

I agree. Its alot different trying to keep up with women that are in excellent cardio shape , than stepping on toes with old folgies.

And there definately was a lot of milfs in the last class, so eventually I have to leave my girlfriend at home when I go to one!

Kick boxing is a great work out. As stated it works the hole body especially to small muscle that are not used much.
