I'm going to be starting my cycle pretty soon and read up and really like the max-ot program. It pretty basic and the volume does not look extreme even though you will be lifting 5 days in a row.It keeps the reps at 4-6.Any of you guys tried it?

I will.If the 5 days are too much they suggest to drop to 4.How was your experience with it bro?

I done it for 2 years(12weeks on, 2weeks off-NO WORKING OUT!) I enjoyed the gains, but now I'm paying the price with a sore back.

Getting old doesnt help either, but for good gains, it works. just limit yourself 10-12 weeks, then take off time..

I had good results for the first 6 weeks too, then also got stale. Maybe try the 3 day a week version listed in the "extra workouts" section of AST's members area. Worked well for me.

I had good results, but like I said my joints took a pounding... Body started to adapt to fast, then I had to change routine completely.... My joints began to feel better with more recovery days..
