im kicking things around and getting my dead back on tracki lerned an important lesson im one of those people that needs to dead at least 3 times/month doesnt have to be super heavy..but not pulling messes with my groove and now i have to start all over plus ive put on some weight so my position is all off..10 weeks hopefully back to normal
