I don't have too much of a limit when I train while I'm on I could train for close to 3hours or 2 times a day every day, as long as I strive to eat enough food to keep up with the repairs and growing of my body. While I'm off I come down to about 3-4 days a week for no more than 45min and eat alot but really clean. Those guys sound like a bunch of terds, they probably never lifted in their life until their 4 week of taking a test shot in the ass
Yeah Troyam they are! Its assholes like them that makes me push harder in my training, because it pisses me off that they would call themselves BB! Hell I call them wanna be's, halftime, & no goes!
