turkey, lean beef (flank, ground sirloin 93% lean), egg whites (more than 24 a day gives me uncontrollable gas), buffalo, good fish (not farm raised) such as cod, grouper, mahi-mahi, tuna steaks, scallops. most of these are $$ compared to chicken breast on sale and rank ass tuna in a can.

Yes definitely put more variety than chicken or tuna. So much more meat to choose from that is healthy for you also...Unless you are on a buget, then eggs, tuna & chicken would br more cost effective. I lived on tuna during college, now I can't stand the smell of it.....

i f-ing hate tuna (in a can, sushi or steak is diff) even though i still eat it occasionally. i used to mix it in a blender with apple juice an carrots in school for a quick sludge meal b/t classes. people would gag when they saw me eat/drink it. it had the consistantcy of a shitty babie's diaper. plus once you get a bone in a can its like getting a bad pistachio!

1/2 cup of oats
splenda
vanilla extract
mix it all up in a blender than make like regualr p-cakes

Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
Tuna (water packed)
Fish (salmon, sea bass, halibut)
Shrimp
Extra Lean Ground Beef or Ground Round (92-96%)
Protein Powder
Egg Whites or Eggs
Rib eye Steaks or Roast
Top Round Steaks or Roast (aka Stew Meat, London Broil, Stir Fry)
Top Sirloin (aka Sirloin Top Butt)
Beef Tenderloin (aka Filet, Filet Mignon)
Top Loin (NY Strip Steak)

All beautiful things that I try to eat weekly variety and spices are the key to keeping you motivated!!! It is hard in the beginning if you don't have much money but you will learn where to shop how to buy in bulk and how to cook some funny as shit!!!

The new flavored tuna in a bag is new variation on an old theme...it tastes better and you can eat it anywhere
