I've been trying to research and find a good diet that would work with that.. and still allow me to have the energy to workout. ne ideas? just eat moderate carbs at most meals, coming from slow digesting sources. if you have 5 meals with only 30 grams of carbs each plus 50 grams of suger after your workout, that is still only 200 grams. that should keep your blood sugar relatively stable and is low enough to get ripped on.
my question is are you diabetic? what causes you to go hypo?
