anyone else think we should start a food nutrition thread?like a cal/carb/protine amount for all sorts of food we eat?im always looking for something differnt to eat.i have an old flex magazine that has a breakdown for a bunch of foods.i'll post back up soon.

if u want breakdowns of nutrients...go to fitday.com and type in what u eat.....it has breakdowns for everything and ill give you great advantage to your diet.
